Roade Primary School is situated in the village of Roade, south of Northampton. The school was originally built in 1876.  More modern additions in the form of a hall, library, offices and five further classrooms were built during the 1960s.  The school benefits from a rural setting and has attractive grounds.

We are very proud of our school. We have a team of dedicated and highly effective staff, caring and committed governors and motivated and enthusiastic pupils. We work together to set high standards in our work, and are committed to continuous improvement.

The ethos of the school promotes a family culture, where older children show responsibility for younger ones and younger children can model themselves on older pupils. We aim to make learning stimulating and enjoyable so the children look forward to coming to school everyday and value education for years to come.
Furthermore, we encourage and promote a partnership between staff, parents, pupils, governors and the wider community so that all can make a contribution to the quality of education made available to the pupils at the school.
